ATLANTA—Just days after Colliers International expanded its Student Housing Group, Peak Campus Management, an institutional-grade student housing management company based in Atlanta, is making some aggressive moves of its own. Peak just expanded its student housing executive team via promotions of three tenured department heads.

Holly Reinhart has been promoted to vice president of Operations. Sandra Barfield has been promoted to vice president of Training. Casey Petersen has been promoted to vice president. All three have spent in excess of six years with the student housing company, progressively expanding leadership capacities.

“Each of these promotions is in line with our strategy to expand the Peak Campus infrastructure and is a result of each individual's hard work, dedication, passion, and significant contributions to our business,” says Bob Clark, president of Peak. With regard to Peak's strategy, he says the company has continued investing in resources necessary to enhance its platform, maintain intimate relationships with partners, and drive performance and service for clients, residents and parents.
