KINGWOOD, TX-The local media reports that Jefco Development Corp. and Crestwood Realty Group are readying to launch construction on the 600,000-square-foot Kingwood Parc City Center. The $100 million, mixed-use development will consist of retail, office and restaurant space, and multifamily units.
