Glendale

Delaware Nadler Co. LLC has sold the 139-unit Country Gables at 15010 N. 59^th Ave. for $6.5 million. Cliff David, Steve Gebing and Rich Butler with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller.

TEXAS

El Paso

The 102-room Wyndham El Paso at 6351 Gateway Blvd. West has changed hands. Jake Gaddy and Allan Miller with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, a private investor. Chris Gomes, also with Marcus & Millichap also represented the buyer, who plans to spend additional capital to renovate and upgrade the property.

Houston

Mark Bufalini sold 26,400 square feet of land at 506 Yale St. Christopher Dray of Moody Rambin represented the seller. Robert Downs of Robert Downs Properties represented the Buyer, E & I Investments Inc., which plans to build a retail strip center on the site.

Mesquite

DBM Services LP purchased 10,800 square feet of office space at 3111 Executive Blvd. Chris Stout and Joe Whitmer with Transwestern represented the purchaser.

San Antonio

The 128-unit Sutter's Mill at 11955 Parliament Dr. has sold Moses Siller, Scott Lamontagne and Will Balthrope with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, an individual/personal trust and the buyer, a limited liability company.

• Biscuits Café leased 2,876 square feet at 414 W. University Dr., the former site of Baja Fresh Space. Andy Kroot with Velocity Retail represented the tenant.

Austin

• Austin Travis County MHMR leased 3,842 from Collier Propeties LLC. John C. Rosato with Southwest Strategies Group represented the tenant in the deal at 1700 S. Lamar Blvd. Bryan McMurrey with CBRE represented the landlord.
• Dell Marketing LP leased 24,750 square feet at 9715 Burnet Rd. Greg Marberry and Ace Schlameus with CBRE represented the tenant. Mark Emerick and John Barksdale also with CBRE represented the landlord, Karlin Metric 7 LLC.
• Dollar General renewed its 8,160-square-foot space at Cannon West, 6800 Westgate Blvd. TJ Powell of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

• Western Dedicated LP leased 2,400 square feet at 12350 Mercantile for its truck terminal operation from Mixso LLC. Anthony Mash with CBRE represented the tenant.

Fort Worth

• RadioShack has leased 2,357 square feet at 426 Commerce St., in Sundance Square, for a new concept store. The RadioShack's lease nearly marks the near completion of available space in the five-story Commerce Building, which is currently under construction.

Garland

• Ben Klutts and Oscar Rincones expanded their real estate and credit repair office to 2,515 square feet at the Chase Bank Building, 3200 Broadway Ave. Beaux Riley with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord in this transaction.
• Riley also represented the landlord in negotiating a lease with SFMC, a mortgage company, which expanded its space to 1,079 square feet at 3200 Broadway Ave.

Houston

• Cactus Wellhead LLC leased a 20,000-square-foot crane-served freestanding warehouse/ distribution building at Clay Road Industrial Park, 8721 Clay Rd. CBRE represented the tenant. John Ferruzzo and Nick Peterson of NAI Houston represented the landlord, 8721 B&C Clay Rd LLC.

Stafford

• Moody Rambin has been retained by Stafford Office Park II LP as the exclusive leasing agent for Park Plaza Business Park, 11104 W. Airport Blvd. The two-story, Class B building is 91,000 square feet with approximately 21,200 square feet of space available. Kurt Kistler will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.

Phoenix

• Will Strong has joined Cassidy Turley as vice president in the firm's industrial group. Strong was previously with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. and is a graduate of Arizona State University.

TEXAS

Dallas

• Rena Chappell has re-joined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. as a senior leasing agent in the firm's investor services group. She returns to C&W following four years of working with Fults Commercial where she focused on landlord representation as a member of the leasing team for Comerica Bank Tower. Chappell received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Texas.

Houston

• Kevin Layne has joined Avison Young, where he will work with the capital markets group. Layne is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned a degree in international trade and finance.

The Woodlands

• Sara Sullivan has been hired by Benchmark Hospitality International as vice president, owner advisory group, for the company's asset management business. Sullivan previously held the dual titles of vice president of real estate investment and asset management and vice president corporate finance for Sage Hospitality Resources of Denver. She also served as vice president of corporate finance and director of financial planning and analysis for East West Partners of Vail, CO. Sullivan is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she earned her Master of Business Administration degree. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
