CT Realty Completes 600,000-SF Facility

BEAUMONT, CA-The building was completed ahead of time and ICON Health & Fitness moved in last month. The company will begin distribution services later this month.

BEAUMONT, CA-CT Realty Investors and ICON Health & Fitness recently held a ribbon-cutting and pancake breakfast to celebrate the completion of ICON’s new distribution building here in Beaumont, CA. Located at 630 Nicholas Rd., the 600,000-square-foot facility is said to be the largest building ever to be constructed in the Beaumont/Banning area.

The new building was built specifically to serve as the western US distribution facility for ICON, which owns NordicTrack, Pro-Form, Weider, HealthRider and other major fitness brands. Headquartered in Logan, UT, ICON also operates a 600,000-square-foot distribution building in Savannah, GA.
