Iconic Miami Tower Gets LEED Certification

MIAMI—The iconic office skyscraper that lights up the Magic City's skyline is the newest LEED-certified building in the urban core.

MIAMI—Miami Tower has always been multi-colored. Now, it’s a lot greener. The iconic office skyscraper that lights up the Magic City’s skyline is the newest LEED-certified building in the urban core.

Located at 100 Southeast 2nd Street, the 623,000-square-foot office tower earned LEED EB Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council under the Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance standard. With this recognition, Miami Tower becomes the third class A office tower in the city’s urban core to earn LEED EB certification.
