TORONTO and CHICAGO-Ferguson Partners Ltd., a leading global executive search firm, is expanding into Canada with the hiring of Mark Ross. As the managing director, Canada based in Toronto, Ross will continue to develop the firm's executive search and compensation business in real estate, asset management, and hospitality. In addition, Ross will partner with colleagues in FPL's international offices to offer seamless services to Canadian investors and operators with global operations.
Prior to joining FPL, with over 20 years of executive search consulting experience, Ross most recently served as partner at Heidrick and Struggles and previously led the Canadian financial services executive search practice at A.T. Kearney/Edward W. Kelley Partners. Ross holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto and a J.D./LL.B. from the University of British Columbia.
