RiverRock To Manage 2M-SF at Presidio

SAN FRANCISCO-RiverRock will oversee the management of the commercial space, which includes 170 tenants.

SAN FRANCISCO-RiverRock Real Estate Group, a West Coast-based commercial real estate management and leasing firm, has been awarded the management of the commercial portion the Presidio, a historic site featuring 80 commercial buildings totaling 1.9 million square feet. With the addition of this assignment, the company now manages more than 25 million square feet of commercial space.

The 1,491-acre Presidio is within the 75,500-acre Golden Gate National Recreation Area. It is now one of San Francisco’s most desirable communities, offering residential, commercial, parks, and a tourism and educational destination. RiverRock will oversee the management of the commercial space, which includes 170 tenants.
