McKINNEY, TX-VanTrust Real Estate LLC has broken ground on a 120,000 square foot speculative office development located in the McKinney Corporate Center at Craig Ranch, just north of Dallas. This is the firm's first commercial real estate development project in North Texas.
VanTrust has selected CBRE to exclusively lease the speculative office building that will kick off the 185-acre office park development known as McKinney Corporate Center. The project is part of the 2,200-acre Craig Ranch mixed-use community. The spec building will be situated near the Craig Ranch Town Center and allows for easy access to State Highway 121 and convenient proximity to D/FW International Airport, shopping, dining, and arts and cultural events in nearby Dallas.
