Developers Introduce Downtown Seattle's First Modular Apartment Project

SEATTLE-Daly Partners LLC, an innovative real estate investment and development firm has started construction and leasing on ‘N’ Habit: Belltown (www.nhabitseattle.com), a 49-unit modular apartment building in downtown Seattle. The building will feature studio and townhouse-style apartment homes ranging from 422-752 sq. ft., as well as 3,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail.

Located in Belltown near 3rd Ave. and Bell St., the seven-and-a-half story project is also Seattle’s first downtown modular development and will open in just four months, thanks to construction efficiencies gained through next-generation modular construction. Pre-leasing began pver the weekend, with the opening of the project Leasing Center, which is actually the first modular unit to appear on site, at 2216 3rd Ave, located directly across the street from the project.
