DALLAS-CBRE's Private Capital Group in Dallas arranged the sale of Mockingbird Depot, a 68,440-square-foot retail property located near Dallas Love Field Airport.
Mockingbird Depot, located at 2601-2727 West Mockingbird Lane is 100% occupied by 11 tenants, including J. Hilburn Men's Clothing.

This asset was redeveloped with both a critical eye for detail and a natural eye for beauty,” said Jennifer Pierson, a senior vice president with CBRE. “This transaction was truly a win-win on both sides of the table.”
