Privé Condos Set to Rise From Private Island

MIAMI—A joint venture between two luxury condo development powerhouses is planning to build Privé on an eight-acre north island set between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

MIAMI—South Florida’s last buildable private island is about to see two condo towers rise from its dirt. A joint venture between BH3 Management LLC and developer Gary Cohen is planning to build Privé on an eight-acre north island set between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.  

The twin iconic 16-story towers designed by architects Sieger Suarez will offer 160 ultra-luxury residences ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to more than 5,600 square feet for select penthouse units. Every residence will feature private elevator entry, 10-foot depth balconies, and water views.
