LOS ANGELES-Cushman & Wakefield says Eric Olofson has been promoted to executive vice chairman.

Olfoson, who has managed Cushman & Wakefield's West Los Angeles office since 1999, has been the company's top producing broker for the U.S. West Region annually since 2005. He was also the company's first West Region professional to be named to his previous title of vice chairman in 2008.

“We are delighted to name Eric executive vice chairman—a title that is rarely awarded at Cushman & Wakefield,” said James Underhill, Cushman & Wakefield's CEO of the Americas. “He is an industry leading brokerage professional, a mentor, and one of our company's most important voices. Through his actions, he sets an example for others while continuously executing on our mission to provide the most creative and innovative services on a consistent basis, driving meaningful value to our clients.”
