Dentons Advises AIG/Lincoln on $174M Sale of Da Vinci Market

ROME—Located in the vicinity of the Rome airport, the shopping center has more than 600,000 square feet of leaseable space.

ROME-Dentons has advised an AIG/Lincoln subsidiary on the sale of a retail property, Da Vinci Market Central in Rome to funds managed by CWM Group.

The Dentons team advising AIG/Lincoln was led by Stewart Middleman, head of cross-border transactions for Dentons’ European Real Estate Group. He was supported by a team of Dentons cross-border property lawyers and worked with Domenico Tulli and his team at the law firm of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners, a leading Italian law firm, in advising AIG/Lincoln.
