HACKENSACK, NJ–A 3,000-square-foot-foot office building on Route 17 has fetched a $512,500 sale price, the highest amount paid for any office property in the city so far this year.

NAI James E. Hanson represented the seller, Samani Enterprises. The buyer, Chris & Kikis Real Estate, will relocate its offices from Fairview to the building at 140 Route 17 North.

“This is a well-situated office site with great visibility from the north and south in this high-traffic part of Bergen County,” said NAI Hanson's Dominic Fittizzi. “It's important and encouraging to mention that this deal sets the high-water mark for existing office sales in Hackensack so far this year.”

Anthony J. Cassano teamed up with Fittizzi to accomplish the transaction.

The property is located at the corner of East Pleasantview Avenue, with nearby access to Routes 46 and 80. There are 12 parking spaces on the 5,380-square-foot lot. There is convenient access to major roadways including Routes 46 and 80.
