NEWARK, NJ-Colliers International put together several deals for smaller offices spaces in north and central New Jersey recently that total more than 26,000 square feet.

The transactions include:

  • In Newark, the infrastructure solutions firm HNTB Corp. took 7,026 square feet at 1 Gateway Center owned by Advance Realty. Bryn Cinque and James Bailey represented the tenant.
  • In Princeton, the Western Institutional Review Board, which provides human subject protection in research for more than 400 institutions, signed a 7,048-square-foot lease at 202 Carnegie Center. Kevin Coleman represented the tenant. Boston Properties represented the landlord.
  • In Mahwah, Crown Castle USA, an owner/operator of shared wireless communications and broadcast systems, signed for a 6,451-square-foot extension at 1200 MacArthur Boulevard. Cinque, Bailey and Jay Kyle represented the tenant. MRH Real Estate Servicesrepresented the landlord.
  • In Parsippany, medical education firm HealthLogix signed a 6,223-square-foot extension at 99 Cherry Hill Road owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners. Cinque, Bailey and Leslie Meril represented the landlord. Harlan Hollander, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
