Former Toys R Us Site Sold to Auto Industry Group

PLANO, TX-Henry Miller Brokerage automotive real estate specialist, Bill Bledsoe, recently arranged the acquisition of approximately 4.48 acres in Plano for buyer, The Van Tuyl Group, an auto industry consultant with offices in Arizona, Kansas and Texas. Located at 300 Lexington Drive, this former Toys R Us site sits adjacent to Plano’s Crest Cadillac & Infiniti dealership. In addition to the approximately five acres of land, 300 Lexington includes a ±46,502 square foot ‘big box’ retail building. Details regarding the use of the property are tentative and are not disclosed. The seller, DJM Realty for Toys R Us, was represented by Jim Avallone of DJM Realty in the transaction.
