HILLSBORO, OR-The Portland Business Journal says Western States Lodging & Management is constructing a seven-story, 165-room Embassy Suites Hotel and a four-story, 106-room Hampton Inn & Suites on Northwest Tanasbourne Drive in Hillsboro.
The Embassy property is described as an upscale, full-service hotel, and it should open next fall. The Hampton will serve the mid-price market when it opens in the spring.
Hillsboro, located just a few minutes west of Portland, is Oregon's fifth-largest city.
