Approval of Downtown Condo Project Could Signal New Thinking in Davis

DAVIS, CA-The 14-unit Mission Residence was green-lighted last week, and a local broker thinks more projects might get approval.

DAVIS, CA-A new condominium project has been approved for downtown Davis, and one local broker believed the city government may be coming around to the idea of approving more.

Brian Jacks, a commercial real estate broker listing a building near the site of the condo project, told the Sacramento Business Journal that the vote could reflect at least a willingness by the city to consider infill projects on their merits.
