EVOQ Fills 7,500 SF at Alameda Square

LOS ANGELES-EVOQ Properties Inc. adds Nordstrom-owned HauteLook, a members-only retail outlet, to its Alameda Square complex in this UPDATE to an earlier story.

LOS ANGELES-EVOQ Properties Inc., one of downtown Los Angeles’ largest property owners, is adding fashion retailer HauteLook to its 1.4-million-square-foot Alameda Square complex, enhancing the property’s fashion presence. HauteLook—one of five fashion retailers on the property, which includes American Apparel and Ella Moss—will move into a 7,500-square-foot space in building one.

The addition of HauteLook comes after a GlobeSt.com report earlier this month that EVOQ Properties was actively pursuing plans to integrate more creative properties at Alameda Square.
