Beverly Hills' New Sustainable Retail

LOS ANGELES-The City of Beverly Hills approves permits for a sustainable Greek yogurt franchise, GoGreek Yogurt, built and designed by Modman Enterprises on N. Bedford Dr.

LOS ANGELES-GoGreek Yogurt, Los Angeles’ first Greek yogurt franchise, teamed with award-winning design, construction and branding firm Modman Enterprises to create a sustainable and consumer-driven retail space at 425 N. Bedford Dr. in Beverly Hills. The space underwent significant structural alterations to accommodate the sustainable design and create an optimal consumer experience. The City of Beverly Hills gave Modman co-founder and creative director Andrew Modlin approval to carry out the project after Modlin presented a construction model that would update the retail space’s current foundation.

Opening Monday, September 9, GoGreek Yogurt’s groundbreaking sustainable design is expected to increase foot traffic on the Bedford block. The renovated retail space features bleached cement floors, walls made of natural elements, like stone and glass, Mediterranean tiles and Greek marble. In an effort to support the local community, all the materials for the space came from local vendors.
