It has become a tradition that I recognize Labor Day as the official start of the New Business Year. I have observed that as the long and hot summer winds down, the kids return to school, and summer work hours give way to grinding schedules, the business cycle renews. It seems that the rhythm of business begins refreshed and ready to roar with the onset of the fall, building a head of steam through the winter, running at full-tilt through the spring, and then, the cycle begins a slow ebb through the sultry summer until it refreshes yet again next Labor Day. Okay, now it's time for a New Business Year Resolution, and to all of our loyal readers, best wishes for a very successful and prosperous New Business Year!
