SAN FRANCISCO-Cushman & Wakefield says that Ron Turner has joined in the company's Valuation & Advisory Group as a managing director, from San Francisco.

Turner will head the newly formed Real Estate Due Diligence practice group within V&A. In his new role, he will focus on providing clients with full due diligence and underwriting assistance on individual real estate investments and portfolios. These due diligence services can be provided at any stage in the real estate investment or lending process, which is especially beneficial when a client needs further understanding on the risk and reward characteristics of the property. Turner is currently based in San Francisco.

“We view this service as an extension of our core services and are positioning it more at the earlier stage of the Valuation & Advisory life cycle, before an asset or portfolio is acquired or disposed,” said John Busi, EVP, Global Head of Cushman & Wakefield valuation & advisory. “With Ron's hiring and the creation of this new practice group, we look forward to offering our clients the outside expertise they need during this process.”
