Key Hire To Lead New Valuation Group at C&W

SAN FRANCISCO-Cushman & Wakefield says that Ron Turner has joined in the company’s Valuation & Advisory Group as a managing director, from San Francisco.

Turner will head the newly formed Real Estate Due Diligence practice group within V&A. In his new role, he will focus on providing clients with full due diligence and underwriting assistance on individual real estate investments and portfolios. These due diligence services can be provided at any stage in the real estate investment or lending process, which is especially beneficial when a client needs further understanding on the risk and reward characteristics of the property. Turner is currently based in San Francisco.
