DALLAS-Xerox Corp. has sold a large portion of its Affiliated Computer Services campus in Dallas to Trammel Crow Company. The 26-acre campus, located at North Central and Haskell near North Central Expressway, had once been the headquarters of Southland Corporation.

According to media reports, Trammel Crow plans to demolish the buildings at the site for a mixed-use redevelopment. The Dallas-based developer specializes in office multifamily residences. Terms were not disclosed, the the property is reported to be valued for taxes at $11 million.
