CBRE Senior VP Joins Transwestern

LOS ANGELES-GlobeSt.com learns EXCLUSIVELY that David Henry, a former CBRE senior VP, joins Transwestern as managing director of the tenant advisory services group in the firm's west coast and international markets.

LOS ANGELES-Transwestern welcomes former CBRE senior VP David Henry as its new managing director of the west coast tenant advisory services group, GlobeSt.com learns exclusively. Henry will lead the ongoing west coast expansion of the group, currently to Seattle, as well as serving occupier clients with needs in both domestic and international markets by maintaining and growing the group’s relationship with BNP Paribas. 

“David is one of the preeminent professionals in this specialty in the country and in the world,” George Garfield, president of Transwestern’s west region, tells GlobeSt.com. “I am fortunate to now have him as a partner in a group that we want to build. David also has global experience and an interest in building, which is something that we are doing both on the west coast and though our alliance with BNP Paribas.”
