MIAMI—Sunbeam Properties chose Jones Lang LaSalle to lease its second generation office flex product at Miramar Park of Commerce. The project spans about 100,000 square feet.
The park is home to more than 160 companies from start-ups to multinationals. It is the largest privately-owned and managed business park in South Florida.
“Miramar Park of Commerce is the premier business park in Broward County,” says Jonathan Kingsley, senior vice president at JLL. “The park is known for attracting companies that require high quality, functional space and a landlord that is flexible in accommodating local tenants as well as some of the largest corporations in the world.”
