Gaedeke has retained Pat McGill of Magill Associates, PA, to design an architecturally distinct "breezeway" to deflect wind and rain and enhance the walkway from the 172,945-square-foot CBS Radio Tower's parking garage to its main entrance. Breezeway construction will begin soon.

• Southwest Products Corp. sold two industrial properties totaling 33,729 square feet in separate transactions for $2.23 million. The first transaction at 5143 W.
