LAS VEGAS–The PENTA Building Group has completed its renovation of the former Las Vegas City Hall into the new Zappos headquarters in Downtown Las Vegas.

“This is a significant project for the revitalization of downtown Las Vegas. As a Las Vegas-based company with deep roots in this community, PENTA is thrilled to be a part of such an iconic project for the area,” said Bryan Richards, project manager for PENTA. “Zappos has been an engaged, hands-on partner since the beginning. Comprehensive internal and external renovations on the 41-year-old former city hall began in August 2012. A grand opening and ribbon cutting was scheduled for Sept. 9.
