HOUSTON-Boxer Property, based here, has been awarded the management and leasing assignments for the 126,093-square-foot New York Life building in Corpus Christi, TX. The building is currently under ownership of CW Capital, which is doing business as 5350 South Staples Drive Holdings LP.

The building is at 5350 S. Staples St., near one of the city's busiest intersections. John McAllister, Boxer Property's, negotiated the agreement. McAllister also negotiated – and succeeded – in obtaining the leasing and managing assignment for the 20,628-square-foot retail center, the 9721 Broadway (Silverlake Phase III) in Pearland, TX. The center is owned by Peterson Silverlake Investors LP.

“We are excited about entering Corpus Christi and expanding our presence in Pearland, TX," he says. "Both cities are growing quickly and we anticipate a significant increase in leasing activity at both locations.”
