MIAMI—Genting Group is the latest major multinational corporation to take down office space in Downtown Miami. Omni Offices will serve as the headquarters for Resorts World Bimini and Resorts World Miami.

The office, which accounts for net positive absorption in Downtown Miami, becomes the submarket's largest new occupancy to take shape in 2013. All told, about 150 people are employed in the Resorts World offices.

CREC principal Steven Hurwitz, vice president Douglas Okun, and leasing associate Amy von Hofen are spearheading the property's leasing and marketing campaign on behalf of the Genting, which owns the Omni Offices. Genting also operates Resorts World Bimini and is finalizing plans for the development of Resorts World Miami.
