SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA- LA Specialty Produce, a leading produce and dairy wholesale distributor, has renewed an expanded lease with Golden Springs Development Co. at 13527 Orden Dr. in Santa Fe Springs that will increase its distribution and warehouse space by 30%, reports GlobeSt.com exclusively. The expansion will increase LA Specialty Produce's square footage from 188,000 to 270,000.

Colliers International negotiated the lease on behalf of property owner Golden Springs Development Co., who will oversee LA Specialty Produce's expansion. Once complete, the expansion will give LA Specialty Produce 500,000-square-feet of distribution and warehouse space in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego and Phoenix.

“LA Specialty Produce is expanding their refrigerated space to meet growing demand for premium fruits and vegetables from its customer base throughout Southern California,” Colliers International senior EVP Clyde Stauff says in a statement. “The central Golden Springs Business Center location provides an ideal location for the delivery of fresh produce.”
