SAN BRUNO, CA-Ellis Partners LLC has renovated a 147,555-square-foot three-building office complex here and recently signed twelve new tenants.
The property, previously know as Lake Amir Office Park has been renamed Lakes at Bayhill. It sold to Ellis last October.
Recent tenants additions include LASIK Vision Institute, SupersonicAds, Inc., and Urban Chalet.
