SAN DIEGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Stephen Holland, a leading commercial real estate broker with extensive corporate tenant representation experience. Holland, who has more than 22 years of commercial broker experience, joins Jones Lang LaSalle as managing director and will lead the company's San Diego Tenant Representation Team. Holland was previously a SVP with CBRE's San Diego Occupier Group, where he was consistently one of their top producing brokers.

During his career, Holland has focused solely on tenant representation and has completed more than 800 transactions, totaling more than 13 million square feet. He is a past Commercial Real Estate Association of San Diego Deal Maker of the Year award winner, honored for one of the largest transactions ever negotiated in San Diego - the representation of Cardinal Health in obtaining a 411,000 square foot regional headquarters campus.

“Steve is a welcome and strategic addition to our growing team of top brokers and his leadership skills will further strengthen Jones Lang LaSalle's position as an industry leader for commercial real estate services in San Diego,” said Jay Alexander, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's San Diego office.
