BORDENTOWN, NJ-Altran North-America has taken 30,000 square feet at the Equus-owned Interchange 7 business park here. The lease was negotiated by NAI Mertz.
Altran, a high-tech engineering and design company, secured the office space at One Advantage Court within the park to serve as its regional headquaraters. Altran provides service to the energy, automotive and life science industries.
Altran is consolidating offices it had in Cherry Hill and Cranbury into the new space, which will serve as its regional headquarters. The new location at the crossroads of Exit 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 accommodates employees coming from central and southern New Jersey, as well as Pennsylvania, the transaction brokers said.
Rebecca Ting and Julie Kronfeld of NAI Mertz represented Equus, the landlord.
Altran took two floors and created an open-air overlook from the second floor onto the workspace below. It also secured an option to expand.
Ting and Kronfeld along with Roy Kardon of NAI Mertz are also representing Two Advantage Court which offers an additional 36,000 square feet of office space and up to 181,000 square feet of warehouse space.
