SAN DIEGO-The ConAm Group of Companies, a San Diego-based real estate investment and services firm, says that Brad Forrester has resigned as chief executive officer effective at the end of the year. Founder and chairman Dan Epstein will assume his duties until a replacement has been named and will remain Chairman. Korn/Ferry International has been retained to lead the search.

Forrester joined ConAm in 1994 and has served as president and CEO for the past eight years.

"My time with ConAm has been the highlight of my professional career; and, I am deeply indebted to Dan, our senior management team and all ConAm associates for their support over the years. I leave knowing that the company has many great years of success ahead", said Forrester.
