SAN JOSE, CA-GlobeSt.com was out and about with Jeff Lewis of Bravo's Flipping Out and Interior Therapy to celebrateMisora, Santana Row's newest residential community, which is on schedule to complete its first phase this fall. It will add 212 rental homes to Silicon Valley's premier destination for shopping, dining, living, working and nightlife.

Located on Olin Avenue behind Diesel and Pasta Pomodoro, Phase one of Misora, which is derived from the phrase “beautiful sky” in Japanese, will be completed in October, 2013. Phase two is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

The modern community, will be housed in two buildings and features a first in Santana Row rentals: 456 square-foot studios. Misora also offers one and two bedroom homes that range from 760 square feet to 1,378 square feet and 2,780-square-foot penthouse suites.

Designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, the community will reflect a Mediterranean ambience with outdoor amenities such as a 75-foot lap pool, Baja pool, sun lounge, spa, outdoor BBQ, al fresco dining, a roof-level pet park and landscaped gardens and fountains.

Misora's indoor amenities include wine cellar with lockers, billiard and gaming tables, fitness studio, serenity lounge, private cinema, connect café, conference center, concierge and more. There's also a private, 370-stall resident parking garage, all steps away from Santana Row.

Construction on Misora began in February, 2012. When completed, Misora will bring the total number of homes at Santana Row to 834—615 are rentals and 219 are privately-owned condominiums.

Federal Realty VP Jan Sweetnam, VP of the Western Region and COO of Federal Realty Investment Trust, Santana Row's parent company, previously told GlobeSt.com that “Santana Row is constantly evolving to stay relevant to our customer.
