PHILADELPHIA-Arlington Group Real Estate LLC has joined CORFAC International, giving the commercial real estate advisory firm a presence in the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets.

Arlington Group has offices in Conshohocken, PA and Red Bank, NJ. The firm headed by principals Rick Heilmann, SIOR, and Lawrence Doyle Jr., was founded in 2010 and focuses on the greater Philadelphia and southern and central New Jersey markets. The firm specializes in office, industrial and retail property sectors.

Heilmann has been in the commercial real estate services industry since 1984. He previously worked as a broker at two current CORFAC affiliates–The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International based in Chatham, NJ and McBride Corporate Real Estate/CORFAC International based in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Heilmann holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors' (SIOR) designation.

Doyle entered the commercial real estate business in 1996 and is a member of the Tri-State Real Estate Association. He was a principal at Preferred Real Estate Investments for 15 years and leased, developed and managed more than 10 million square feet of space in the Mid-Atlantic region.

CORFAC International, headquartered in Falls Church, VA, now has offices in Richmond and Tysons Corner, VA; Silver Springs, MD; Washington, DC; Wilmington, DE; Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia, PA; Red Bank, Chatham and Franklin Lakes, NJ; New York City, White Plains and Central Valley, NY and Boston.
