ARLINGTON, TX-UCR Investment Sales, and Hunt Properties have completed the sale of two retail properties here totaling 235,479 square feet. The properties are located adjacent to Parks at Arlington Mall. The neighboring super-regional mall is anchored by Macy's, Dillard's, JCPenney, AMC Theaters, Dick's Sporting Goods and Nordstrom Rack.

Plaza at the Parks is a 216,368 square foot power center. The property is 85% leased and includes notable tenants Michaels, Sam Moon, Dress Barn, Chair King, Shoe Dept. and Sun & Ski Sports. UCR Investment Sales represented the seller, Hunt Properties.

Parks at Arlington Retail Center is a 19,111 square foot retail center. The Property is 100% leased to Car Toys, Regency Beauty Institute and Uptown Cheapskate. UCR Investment Sales represented the seller, an out-of state private partnership.
Adam Howells, Tommy Tucker and Kevin Catalani with UCR Investment Sales marketed both assets separately and completed the sale with a private, out-of-state buyer.
Hunt Properties is a privately held real estate development company based in Dallas. Hunt Properties owns, operates and develops properties nationwide.
