MORRISTOWN, NJ-Colliers International has been tapped to lease The Offices at Morristown, RXR Realty's renovated 225,000-square-foot campus at 44 Whippany Road here.
“The Offices at Morristown offers tenants the best of both worlds,” said Robert Martie, head of New Jersey operations for Colliers. He noted that eastern Morristown has had a recent resurgence in its residential and retail markets, which only enhances the city's appeal to corporate tenants.
RXR has redeveloped the building, situated at the intersection of Interstate 287 and Route 24, with “a focus on design and quality,” said Todd Rechler of RXR, who is also president of RXR Construction & Development.
Colliers' team representing RXR includes Richard Madison, Richard Mirliss, Daniel Harrison, Leslie Meril, and Anthony Rinaldi.
The campus has three 88,000-square-foot floors and a three-story atrium lobby. The building has computer-controlled HVAC and fiber-optic Internet connectivity.
RXR recently completed renovation of the café and installation of a new first-floor fitness center with locker rooms, a conference center and a training room.
The campus has walking trails along the Patriots Path and the Frelinghuysen Arboretum is adjacent to the property.
Morristown NJ Transit station is a mile away. Current major tenants in the building include Aon Corporation, OneBeacon Insurance, and Edwards Wildman Palmer.
