SAN FRANCISCO-Bentall Kennedy has added Ashley John Powell as SVP of transactions in San Francisco, Scott Morseas as vice president of transactions in Los Angeles and Daniel Zoloto as VP of transactions in Chicago.

Mr. Ashley John Powell has returned to Bentall Kennedy after 20 years, rejoining the company as SVP of transactions, based in San Francisco. Powell has been in the real estate investment industry more than 28 years, and has worked with some of the top developer-owners and institutional investors in the business.

Powell comes to Bentall Kennedy from RREEF Alternative Investments, where he oversaw the RREEF development and value add group in the Western US. His career has also included positions with Snyder Langston, Transpacific Development Co. and CBRE.

Morse brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, joining Bentall Kennedy from CBRE Global Investors LLC where he served as the acquisition director for managed accounts group in the Western Region. Morse led all aspects of the acquisition process, including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, due diligence and closing real estate transactions in the Western US. In that role, he led a team of four and closed more than $5 billion in acquisitions on behalf of the firm's clients. Previously, Morse worked in the valuation and advisory department of CBRE Group.

Zoloto, VP of transactions in the Chicago office, joins Bentall Kennedy from Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, where he served most recently as VP of acquisitions. In that role, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing commercial investments, including office, retail and industrial properties in key markets. Prior to that position he served as VP of debt capital markets, where he closed more than $425 million of property-level debt and $175 million of fund-level facilities. Zoloto has also held key positions at LaSalle Bank and General Growth Properties, facilitating a range of debt, structured finance and other financial transactions.
