HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA-Developer DJM Capital Partners has been given a green light for its oceanfront Pacific City development, after concessions were made that would limit hours of operation for bars and restaurants.

The city council unanimously approved the plans for parking at the outdoor shopping center, on the

condition that restaurants and bars up to 27,000 square feet would be allowed to stay open until 2 a.m., and larger establishments would have to close at midnight, according to a report in the Huntington Beach Independent.
