LOS ANGELES-Tri-cities market experts Patrick Church and Anneke Greco have joined the ranks at Jones Lang LaSalle to expand its leasing services for institutional landlords and property owners in the Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena markets, reports GlobeSt.com exclusively. Church joins JLL as managing director and Greco as VP from CBRE, who declined to comment about the departure.
“JLL, being the biggest competitor of CBRE, offered us a platform that we felt matched our business plan going forward,” Church tells GlobeSt.com. “Plus, we have great relationships with the guys at JLL. From the moment we walked in, it was open arms.”
The former CBRE duo has racked a combined 30 years of experience working in commercial real estate. In their time working with CBRE, they focused on institutional business in the tri-cities market, controlling 4-million square feet. In the past two years, the two have completed $700 million in deal consideration, including participation in negotiating the 102,000-square-foot Playboy Plus Entertainment office lease in Burbank last year.
