BRANCHBURG, NJ-Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. has completed the trade of a 65-acre site approved for single-family home development here to Toll Brothers for an undisclosed price.
The property on Burnt Mill Road is in the Somerset Hills section of Somerset County. The land has approvals to build 50 single-family homes on one acre lots.
The Toll Brothers' web site displays several home models, including a four-bedroom house with a two-story foyer with double turned staircases, and a two-story family room with a fireplace. The model also features a gourmet kitchen, master bedroom suite, private den and other luxury features. The base price is $976,000.
Weichert's Mark Calabro worked with both sides in the land transaction - the seller, Branchburg Builders, and the buyer, Toll Brothers.
