IRVING, TX-Tricolor Auto Group, which has its headquarters at Summit at Las Colinas, has extended its lease while expanding its space. Specifically, the auto group, which has been at the location since April 2010, increased its space from 16,763 square feet to 24,913 square feet.
Landlord Rosemont Realty LLC of Santa Fe, NM, acquired the 375,305-square-foot Summit at Las Colinas at 545 E. John Carpenter Fwy. in 2011. The building is 89% occupied.

- Chinmaya Mission Phoenix acquired the Greenlee-Textron Facility, a 57,000-square-foot class B flex property at 325 South El Dorado St. and 2521 West Birchwood Ave. for $2 million from Greenlee Textron Inc. Pete Klees, Paul Sweetland, Paul Boyle and Rick Danis with Cassidy Turley negotiated the transaction for the seller while John Meyer and Beth Aerts of Airpark Property Specialists represented the buyer.
Phoenix
- Clear Sky Capital Arimont LLC of Phoenix purchased Arimont Apartments, a 21-unit multifamily property at 1102 E. Maryland Ave.Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE represented the buyer and the seller, The Eugenijus Valiulis Revocable Trust of Ojai, CAin the $940,000 sale.
- Mentor Properties of Scottsdale acquired the 288-unit Canyon Place at 4715 N. Black Canyon Hwy. for $7.6 million. The seller was Canyon Place Apartments LLC of Los Angeles. Colliers International's Bill Hahn, Jeffrey Sherman and Trevor Koskovich represented both parties.
- Sans Souci Apartments LLKP sold the 181-unit Belle Verde apartments at 3030 N. 35th Ave. for $4.4 million. Neil Sherman and Danny Lee of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Pete TeKampe of Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
- Weidner Investment Group of Kirkland, WA, acquired the 220-unit Paradise Falls at 15434 N. 32nd St. for $10.4 millionfrom Aslan Realty Group of Irvine, CA. Bill Hahn, Jeffrey Sherman and Trevor Koskovich of Colliers International negotiated the transaction.

- Pacific Western Bank sold Offices at Reems, a 16-unit office condo portfolio located at 15515-15571 N. Reems Rd. to Reems and Greenway LLC for 41.3 million. Justin Horwitz, Nicole Ridberg and Neil Sherman of Sperry Van Ness LLC represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Steve Cook of Escee Properties.

Corinth
- CrossPointe Community Church of Corinth purchased 6.4 acres at the southwest corner of Tower Ridge Road and Meadows Oak Drive. The land was purchased from the estate of Virgil T. Griffith and will be used for the construction of a new church. W. Thurston Witt with UCR Dallas negotiated the transaction for both parties.
Houston
- Ek Rankin, LP purchased approximately 5.74 acres on Rankin Road, just east of Interstate 45. Reed Vestal and Ross Thomas of the Finial Group represented the seller. Stephen Kuper of the National Realty Group represented the buyer.
Katy
- JBHB Realty, LLC purchased approximately 1.238 acres out of Grand Lakes Corner Reserve located on Grand Parkway near Beltway 8. Taylor Schmidt and Reed Vestal of Finial Group represented the seller and Joel King of Joel Thomas Realty represented the buyer. An oral surgery office is expected to be built on the site.

- Goodwill of Central Arizona signed a 19,290-square-foot lease at the San Tan Village Furniture Shopping Center, at Loop 202 and San Tan Village Parkway. This marks the third Redesign by Goodwill store in the Phoenix area. Andy Kroot with Velocity Retail Group LLC represented the tenant.
Peoria
The Alter Group, represented by Ashley Brooks with CBRE, has signed the following leases at Peoria Center at Arrowhead:
- Morgan Stanley Wealth Management leased 10,697 square feet at 16155 N. 83rd Ave., bringing the building to 100% occupancy. Todd Noel with Colliers International, represented Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in the transaction.
- Regus leased 11,368 square feet at 16165 N 83rd Ave. Kevin Calihan with CBRE represented Regus.

- San Simeon East Golf Links, LLC obtained $2 million in financing for the 70-unit San Simeon Condominiums, at 6091-6141 E. Golf Links Rd. John Kinser and Luke Donahue of NorthMarq's Phoenix regional office arranged financing based on 10-year term and a 30-year amortization period. NorthMarq arranged this financing through its relationship with a life company lender.

- Donald Morrow has been named regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' Phoenix office. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Morrow was with Grubb & Ellis Co. for 30 years as an agent, president of the western region and managing principal/partner for the firm's Phoenix office. During his tenure with Grubb & Ellis, its Phoenix office grew from 49 agents to 80 agents with revenue growth of more than 300%. Morrow has also been a partner/owner with Biltmore Holdings, where he was an asset manager and property manager for a one million-square-foot institutional-quality office and industrial property portfolio. Morrow received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has been on the advisory board of the Arizona chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
