Tricolor Auto Extends and Expands Lease

IRVING, TX-DEALTRACKER-Tricolor Auto Group expanded its headquarters to 25,000 square feet at Summit at Las Colinas. Additional southwest commercial real estate news follows.

IRVING, TX-Tricolor Auto Group, which has its headquarters at Summit at Las Colinas, has extended its lease while expanding its space. Specifically, the auto group, which has been at the location since April 2010, increased its space from 16,763 square feet to 24,913 square feet.

Landlord Rosemont Realty LLC of Santa Fe, NM, acquired the 375,305-square-foot Summit at Las Colinas at 545 E. John Carpenter Fwy. in 2011. The building is 89% occupied.
