Cushman & Wakefield Adds Sugimoto to San Jose Team

SAN JOSE, CA-Silicon Valley continues to be an important player on the national and global real estate stage, says John Cushman.

SAN JOSE, CA-Cushman & Wakefield has added Doug Sugimoto to the company’s Silicon Valley office as a senior director. His practice is focused on tenant representation.

A 30-plus-year veteran of Bay Area real estate, Sugimoto spent a significant portion of his career as an in-house commercial real estate executive with Silicon Valley companies including Intuit, Silicon Graphics, Covad and 3Com. Sugimoto most recently was SVP at DTZ, a division of UGL Services, where he lead the company’s Silicon Valley office. Before his work at DTZ, Sugimoto was senior vice president with Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank.
