OAKLAND, CA-Strada Investment Group has acquired two office buildings in Oakland City Center in what is being called the largest office sale in Oakland this year.

The investment firm and its partner Angelo Gordon & Co. bought the 11-story 1300 Clay St. and the 12-story 505 14th St., according to a report in the San Francisco Business Times.

The two structures total 367,357 square feet and they are approximately 90% leased. The seller was CBRE Investors.

Allen Matkins' Crystal Lofing and Peter Roth represented Strada/Angelo Gordon in the acquisition. . Brian Aronson of Mayer Brown represented the seller.
