Demolition Work Begins on Le Parc Condo Site

MIAMI—Demolition work at the Le Parc at Brickell condominium site is underway. Crews are officially preparing the land for construction by knocking down a structure on the property to make way for the 12-story luxury condo.

A joint venture partnership between South Florida-based real estate developer trategic Properties Group and ALTA Developers (a collaboration between Aconcagua, the largest publicly-traded residential developer in Chile, and Miami-based Archiplan USA) are developing the property. Preconstruction prices range from the low $300,000s to about $700,000. More than half of the building’s 128 units already sold.
