Houston Engineering Firm to Open West Side Office

HOUSTON-DTZ has represented New Orleans/Houston engineering firm Waldemar S. Nelson & Company, Inc. for a lease acquisition of 18,628 square feet of space in the Millennium Tower, 10375 Richmond Avenue.

The new location will serve as a branch office that will allow the firm to recruit and retain personnel within the highly competitive Houston engineering community. A location near to many clients in the Energy Corridor, and access to major road systems plus desirable building amenities, were key factors in the selection of the branch office. The opening of the new office is scheduled for January 1, 2014 and it can accommodate a staff of up to 65. Waldemar S. Nelson’s Houston headquarters will remain at 2 Northpoint Drive.
