LOS ANGELES-Cantor Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate finance company, has hired Marcus Breuer as director in the firm's credit department. The addition will expand CCRE's credit group to the West Coast. Breuer is joining the firm to locate potential real estate transaction opportunities available on the West Coast.

Breuer was formerly a director at Guggenheim Partners and a director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Global Realty Services, and has held positions at Deutsche Bank, CIBC World Markets and Artesia Mortgage Capital Corp.
